I'm all for making a fair profit on anything I sell. I have to eat. My time isn't free. When friends and family come to see me I do the best I can to get them the very best deal possible. I know I'll make it up on someone else. But when I take my elderly mother to someone I consider a "friend" and they want to dick me around, I'm gonna say something about it. I didn't think she was being treated fairly. I spoke up and we left. I went to see another friend Albert Rodriguez at Centennial Mazda. Not only did he treat my mother with the utmost respect and was very attentive to her when she spoke, but he got her more of a car than what she was looking for at less than what she was expecting to pay. Centennial Mazda made the process very easy for my mother to understand. The Desk Manager Blake and Floor Manager Kevin came out from behind their desks to introduce themselves and to congratulate her as well. That's more than I can say for other dealerships in town that claim that "purchasing a car is as easy as abc."
