  • This place sucks and is a joke and here is why. I canceled my appliance order that I made the day before and they refused to refund me the $80 delivery fee...EVEN THOUGH THE APPLIANCES WERE NEVER DELIVERED!. Hell they were still on the floor where I saw them the day before! How do you charge a customer for a service you never performed?! Is that even legal? Does Sears know it's competitors 1 mile away offer FREE delivery? They sell appliances that are a bit dinged up and you get approx 30% discount. No bad I mean no one sees your washer/dryer. I came in on a Saturday and they had only TWO people working in the whole place. I had to ask for help numerous times and no help came. I was there for 1 hour before a salesman came to assist me. They charge $80 for shipping but Home Depot and Lowes now offer FREE appliance shipping. Also, several of the manufacturers void warranties if you buy used from an outlet store. I don't think Sears will be around much longer. The company is going broke and has closed the majority of its stores. Walking into this store was like walking into the 1980s. Old, dirty, and dimly lit. I will never walk in this place again.
