  • Terrible experience with this property management company. I was a long term tenant and they have been awful to deal with from start to finish. Bad communication. Upon move out I was charged ridiculous fees (not related to damage or cleaning fees). They were also very difficult and unwilling to work with me while looking to purchase a home and wouldn't agree to anything less than a 9 month lease after already being in the property for 2 years. $50 fee for trash in the bin outside?? They nickel and dime tenants while not properly maintaining their clients homes. Do NOT recommend them for any of their services based off the interactions I have had they are not to be trusted!
