  • Came in at 7:30 for a drug screening for a new job. Upon arriving I stood in line behind a lady and noticed people were doing the express checkin so I got out of line and completed that. After sitting for an hour I over heard the front desk saying to another patient that people also have to sign in on the clip board. I went to the front and told the lady I signed in to the express check in and she said I had to also sign in on the clipboard and was now placed last in line. I have my family at home waiting on me and it is now 9:30am. All the people in front of me in line arrived about an hour after me and this sucks I will probably be here at least another hour or two because of poor communication. They have no sign stating that you have to sign into both. This is super inconvenient to people and I know it happened to at least two others while I waited there. This is such poor customer service. Go to quest. This has never happened to me there
