I have never used this company, but I work at a management company and had to call this place to verify some information that was provided to us. Today is Monday, January 5th and I was told when I called in on the 16th of December that I would get a response back the same day. I called back and left messages and was told I needed to fax in my request, which I did on the 18th. I have called multiple times since then and finally spoke with "an answering service" who said they didn't have access to the information but to call on 1/5 when the office was open again and they would get me what I need.
Well, I just called and was told by Ryan that the office has been closed for the past two weeks and nobody had time to verify what I was needing. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she isn't in the office and to try calling back tomorrow and maybe someone would have the time to help.
I couldn't believe the absolute lack of phone etiquette, answering the phone laughing is in no way appropriate, and saying "why, who is this" when I ask who I am speaking with is even worse. I didn't even use the company but felt the need to type up this review, so what does that say about the terrible customer service I just received?
I will keep their information just to make sure I tell my family and friends NOT to use them.
