| - I have been meaning to check this place out for a while - man, am I glad we finally did! We took our daughter here Monday morning for some breakfast. During the week they have a 'lite' menu that had lots of great options on it, but we came super hungry and ordered off the regular menu. I had the salmon eggs Benedict and my husband had one of their specials, the tenderloin Benedict. My salmon Benedict was AMAZING. Just, straight up mouth-pleasing, and I know my Benedicts (my dad has been making them weekly since I was a kid!). The hollandaise was clearly made from scratch. We both got our hashbrowns with all the fixings - peppers, onions, and cheese. Those did not disappoint, either. You could taste the butter in them, and they had a very nice crunch on the outside. My husbands Benedict was also amazing - he ordered the tenderloin medium rare and they delivered. It was perfect and seriously melted like butter in your mouth! We got a side of pancakes for our little one and she loved them (and so did we, she made it about 1/20 of the way through the large cakes, LOL). Our daughter loved watching the small engine planes move around on the runway outside, she was fascinated. Fun Fact: They are the home of the $100 Burger! a.k.a. get a plane ride over the city of Madison, come back and enjoy a burger. We saw a few people coming back from their flights and coming inside to dine. I will definitely going here again!!
