My friend and I bought the Groupon for the tour. Our tour guide/bartender was Whitt, enthusiastic and loved answering all of the groups 50,000 questions. The building is a former firehouse built in 1940, with several tributes to firefighters. We each were given 3 samples of rye, vodka and whiskey. We were then told all about the history of the firehouse where the distillery and then taken in the back to how and where the liquor is made. We then each enjoyed a cocktail. My cocktail was delicious. The vodka is very smooth....just the way I like it. The price for signature drinks is either 7 or 9 dollars which is not terrible for Phoenix. They are currently adding a kitchen, so I will be back for happy hour or dinner to enjoy some bar eats and yummy cocktails!
