| - My friend Cindy found JACS fitness a few months ago and dragged me with her. I was reluctant at first because I was a bit out of shape, but I went anyways. It turned out to be one of the best fitness decisions I've made this year.
Facility: brand new space with sparkling clean floor and equipments: weights, benches, kickboxing stand and gloves, yoga mats, you name it.
Service: Jacque and Erika are super friendly. They made me feel so welcomed on my first class. I was gone for a few weeks and when I came back, I felt right at home! Everyone else who train here are super friendly and supportive as well (they're mostly women, but the men seem to enjoy the kickboxing class a lot)
Some of the classes offered are: Muscles Blasts, HIIT, Kickboxing, Total Body Conditioning, PiYo, Interval and Training!
HIIT aka High intensity interval training: Since I'm a student and usually am short on time, HIIT is a super intense quick 30 minutes workout that kicks my butt every time!
Kickboxing: another favorite! 45 minutes workout slash anger management course (JK, maybe...) is fun and work your whole body. I think my arms are toning up well from doing this class!
TBC aka total body conditioning: my friend's favorite since she's a cardio beast. My heart is still trying to build up to this.
OVERALL: I totally recommend JACS! I always feel so refreshed and ready sit back on my butt to study knowing that I gave my body the exercise it needed for the day. Jacque is just genuinely happy motivating person, and that personality is contagious!
Monthly membership is only $35/ month without any long term contracts, or you can get a punch card for $40 for 10 classes, super great deal if you feel like you can't go consistently. But don't worry, you will get addicted!
Come by and drop in for only $5 for a class to see if you like JACS' group fitness classes, if not, she also does personal training!
