  • We tried this place yesterday and it was very disappointing. This restaurant is extremely loud so if you're planning on getting together and catching up with friends it's a bad idea. We were seated at 8:50 it took us over an hour to get 3 sandwiches. I had the grilled chicken club and my chicken was burnt and bitter. The bun was so soaked in whatever sauce they had on it that it fell apart when I picked it up. It was a mess. My fiancĂ© got the prime rib dip and his food smelled just like dog food. Our friends split the Italian sandwich and they were happy with it. The fresh pretzels are the only reason I give this place 2 stars. The staff was nice but it's so hard to distinguish the difference between employees and customers. Very casually dressed no name tags. Might give the Las Vegas location a shot assuming service might be a little better but won't be returning to this location
