This is by far the most appalling example of customer service I have ever witnessed. The sales associates here are fast talking, aggressive and arrogant for no viable reason. The space is filthy and unkempt which is only exacerbated by the slime that oozes from the sales associates, the only thing worse is the aggressive "on site management". When complaining about legitimate issues, you will be dismissed and told its your own fault or there is nothing to be done aside from contacting the general manager Josh who cannot be reached by phone and whose whereabouts or schedule is unknown by all. If you want a Kia, go to Horne where the sales people are professional, kind and knowledgeable. At Mark Kia you will leave dirty and frustrated, at Horne you will have a pleasurable car buying experience from people who will make you feel like they care.
