  • Agent daughter in Yuliya who is not a licensed agent transacted the rental deal and never showed up for the lease signing. Meet her at the property and the condo is trashed, missing 3 door knobs, bath lights and fans don't work, wood floors are buckled from water damage, cabinets damaged, garbage disposal full of dried up paint and broken glass, pills, food and kids toys under the dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. I end up leading the place giving them $1,550.00 deposit. $450.00 non refundable for pet and cleaning. Cleaned the place up, fixed everything and completely repainted it same color when I left after 3 years leaving it much better than I received it and then Vicki Valdov the agent shows up to do the final and I had never met her or even spoken to her until my last day there. She keeps $450.00 of my refundable deposit and no one there will take my call. I am filing suit for the remainder of my deposit and sticking to these unprofessional slum lords. Never made a payment late and never had a complaint from the property. Beware of this horrible organization. Will post update after my day in court.
