  • I can not even begin to Express how upset I was. I called a day off work to get my car serviced prior to a trip I had that weekend. I called to make an appt and they told me 12. I agreed, received an email and text confirming the appt. I show up 15 minutes early to my appt. Where I get treated by Mitesh. Cool. As soon as I step out the car he begins explaining how they have a deal going, I buy it. Saves me money. He then says I can text the number I had when I got the text confirming my appt. I walked inside and hung out for an hour, I text the number once and got nothing , 15 mins later I text again, nothing ! I finally go up to the front desk and she said Mitesh was kn lunch but i wanted i could go look for him if i wanted an update. I was surprised and just said i would wait. She then came up to me after I had been waiting for 2 hours and said my car was up next!?! What!! For an oil change and tire rotation?? I have had this done plenty times and it took them close to 3 hours!!! When this is usually done in under an hour! I not one saw Mitesh after it was finished, no apology or anything! I'm completely upset as this is my dream car that I finally am buying and the place who services it have absolutely no idea how to keep track of what. Why make appts if nothing can be done in a timely manner, nor is there any type of communication to their customers who are spending a pretty penny on their vehicles on top of servicing! 2 stars for actually getting the work done.
