  • I used to like the prosciutto sandwiches here very much. About a week ago I bought one which to my surprise included some small shards of a plastic fork. I called, and they were nice about it. This morning I go in and buy the same sandwich. It's now $13.00, up from $11.50. Does it cost an extra 1.50 to ensure that all sandwiches are free of plastic shards? Does the sandwich now taste 1.50 better? I won't be back to find out.
