  • i cant even begin to explain how happy i am that there's a top notch patisserie in markham! this place is very comparable to butter avenue but this place is extra amazing because it's a lot closer to home for me. the owners are very very friendly and kind. they even gave me a macaron for free because i got one that wasn't perfect. the croissants are the best i've ever tasted. perfectly flakey, crunchy and buttery. (they flew to paris to do their research before opening this shop) the mont blanc and raspberry pistachio tarts are perfect in every way possible as well. tip though, to ensure you get what you want, make sure you call ahead of time to hold it because they're always sold out! **Edit: you can't do same day holds anymore! but that makes sense because if everyone called in advance to hold what they wanted then they'd have nothing to sell to walk in customers.. fair enough
