This is a total "take-back" of my former review. First, super thanks to the manager of Longhorn for taking my complaint seriously. He said I should rightfully have gotten my steaks the way they were ordered, and he was very sorry. He would send a gift card for my inconvenience. Tried again last weekend. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! 2 steaks--MR and M--perfect! Salads--different then last time--perfect! In my last review, I failed to mention that my potato was not cooked through. This time--perfect! I have no idea why these changes were so dramatic--new manager? New head chef? Additionally, I had a friend who said she was recently there and saw a major improvement from her last visit. Whatever is going on, kudos to Copperfield Longhorn! My special occasions are yours! Thank you!
