I really, really love noodles! Ever since I was little I've loved noodles & nothing has changed. Watching the noodle makers here stretching & slapping those noodles through the glass totally works for me!
We've eaten here twice now so we've sampled a few dishes: Pickled Cucumber, pork & crab soup dumplings, pork short rib noodle soup, pork buns, Dan Dan Szechwan Dry Noodles, Sesame Cold Noodles with Chicken, etc. The soup dumplings are the biggest standout, but be advised to pop them open 1st or risk burning your mouth on scalding hot broth inside. They're well worth the wait to let them cool!
Everything I've had is good, although I do tend to agree with others that the portions are so large on the dry noodle and soup dishes that they can become a bit one note before you're finished. Still tasty & taking leftovers home isn't the worst idea.
It's fun and inexpensive to explore their menu. Service has been really helpful & attentive on both our visits. Great little place!
