  • I have to give these guys a five star because we had an easy, great experience with them. We had a nail in our rear tire on our 2013 Honda Fit Sport, and after calling around to a few places I called Big O and spoke with Jeremy. Not only did he help me find the least expensive tires they offer for our car, his prices were surprisingly less than other places that quoted me. On top of the lower price he also threw us a discount because my wife is a student, making it even more affordable. Funny thing is we were told they would price match for the same brand if we found them cheaper, but they already have such good pricing, we couldn't find anywhere that could beat them. Jeremy was professional and very friendly, and the service was fast and outstanding. To add to our satisfaction, we could only afford two tires at the time, plus alignment. Two weeks later we had a small amount of money come in and were able to get the other two. Yet again Jeremy was very friendly and helpful and saved us some money on the service. This really helped us out since, like everyone, money is tight. We appreciated the work and help from him and his crew. Most definitely we will be returning to this location as our experience was just what you'd hope for when going to a tire place... excellent.
