Since I didn't have a "frequent flier" card nor accumulated enough points to get the buffet for free, I had to pay full retail. For the weekend champagne brunch, this was about 27 buckaroos.
Standard buffet fare. No seafood other than deep fried swai (an Asian catfish), some sushi rolls, and lox. I didn't expect any, but it would have been nice for a full fare customer like me. I really liked the tri-tip at the carving station. That comprised roughly a third of my meal.
The rest was some mashed potatoes and gravy, a few fried chicken legs, and a piece of corn on the cob. Oh...and about 6 glasses of champagne : )
