  • Customer service sucks here. Half the time I question if they even know what they're doing. I went in for an eye exam, and I asked Dr. Saleki to measure my pupil distance. She said they can do it when I go and pay. As I'm paying I ask again, they told me "since you're not buying frames we're not measuring your PD." Really? I paid $39 for an eye exam and you can't measure something for 2 seconds? The African American worker was one of the rudest I've come across. I've been going here for a couple years & each time it goes downhill. I'll continue to go with Costco! The selection is quite limited here as well.
