My first time eating here today. It will be my last. I ordered tortang eggplant and pork sinigang. It was good but they wanted me to pay an extra fifty cents for a small styrofoam container to take my extra rice home. Ridiculous! This is one of the joints I stay away from where you have to pay extra for this or that and keep asking which ulam can be included in your combo. I find this practice pathetic and wish Filipino joints will do away with this practice. If you go to unpretentious joints like "Mami's" at Oriental Center and " Coffee In" at Lawrence, everything on their hot table can be included in your combo. If they can do this, why can't others?
