  • I specifically get to deal with a property manger with the initials of DS. What a joke. Guy likes to fine me up the yin yang and never explain what violation I've committed. Always pointing to irrelevant, vague, or ambiguous documentation in our community documents. Get a notice one month, think I fixed it, get a notice the next month and receive a fine based on the first notice for something completely different. Guy never returns phone calls. Guy never responds to emails. Just keeps fining and fining and eventually you have to contact someone else at the company to resolve the matter. Definitely double standards apply because everything I'm supposedly fined for, the community landscapers don't have to maintain common areas in the same "good" condition. What disturbs me most is I called about the landscapers spraying some chemicals on a community field where we had a movie night at the park just 24 hours before the event. The guy spraying was wearing a mask so obviously the chemicals were not likely safe. Called concerned and what a surprise, I've still never heard back. Nothing like living in Nazi Germany right here in Arizona!
