  • One star is even too much for this place. My review is to stay far, far away from this place. The management and staff are beyond rude. It's simply not safe. And the place may appear to be in decent shape, but it's actually falling apart. There's never enough parking, and your assigned spaced gets jacked all of the time. There are single tenants with multiple cars and sometimes they parked their cars in the few available guest spaces for months without moving. In our two year stay at Indigo, we had about 10 different tenants live in the apartment above ours ranging from obnoxious teens throwing parties all days of the weeks, to a family of probably 12 coming and going all hours of the night, to tenants with massive dogs locked up in that tiny apartment all day that would run the length of the apartment for hours - it sounded like a stampede above our heads. I even tried to switch apartments, but the "policy" to do that was not accommodating. Basically the idiotic girl in the front office said that they only allow tenants to switch out apts on the first of the month and you have three days to move out of the old apt. But you need to request 60 days in advance but they can only hold the other unit for 30 days... (Try and figure that one out). So I call her out in that time line... since I need to give them 60 day heads up, but they only hold Apts for 30 days, how does that work? Do I need to come back in and remind them after 30 days? She just said "that's the policy" - bull!!! I ask since I'm requesting to switch, can't they just move me into an available apt in 60 days, she says there's no way for her to know what apts will be available in 60 days. I almost lost my shit. Isn't that the whole point of leases??? You have a contracted timeframe for every single apt, so yeah, I decided that it was more tolerable to deal with noisy neighbors than with this incompetent twit. There's so much more to that story, at this point it doesn't matter anymore because as soon as my lease expired I was out of there!!!! Regardless, here are few examples of why this is a terrible place to live: The interior walls are paper thin: I have multiple stories for this one. Here's the first: I literally heard my neighbor sneeze. Whilst I'm laying in bed just about to doze off, I hear a sneeze. I look to my husband who was sound asleep and realize that my neighbor is basically sleeping in our bed with us. The walls are just that thin. Not to mention I could hear doors, cabinets, drawers open and close. For the obvious reasons, per the other reviews, the staff, besides the maintenance crew, are mean, rude, and ill-equipped to be overseeing this complex. The Property Manager, Raquel, couldn't care less about her tenants. She is rude, disinterested and treats everyone like they are beneath her. And she simply doesn't do her job. Instead of managing the property and dealing with tenant complaints, she just sits on her phone and plays games. I never once enjoyed the pool, the club house printing process never worked. They had dying plants all over the unit. The gates never worked. They were either broken and left open. Or sometimes you would literally get stuck inside because they wouldn't open. My apt was on the exterior of the complex, so you actually had to leave the gates area to get to the front door. But all too often the walking gate would get broken, but the parking gate would already be closed because my assigned space was really far from my unit Id get trapped in there and have to wait until another car would open the gates. It was a freaking mess. All I can say is my life was 1000% better after we left this mung hole behind. Good riddance. Plan and simple, do not move here.
