  • PLEASE AVOID this STORE Ok this place is one big sh$$ show . On Dec 22, 2017! I went in with 3 lines and 2 phones asking to remove the third line . They did not fully explain the buy one iPhone 7 get one free meant had to open a brand new line ! Also I was talking about cases and she offered me 2 cases "free" ( in store credit) so I picked out the cases . I got home reviewed all the receipts ) and realized she added a 4th line , lied about the credit amount for the promotion and she billed those 2 cases to my account . I have been working one week now to correct the huge screw up . Today I got an email that had a 760.00 bill due to this stores screw up ! Somehow I was charged for not returning a phone I never owned ( the serial number they charged me for was never on my account ) and I got charged for an early termination fee on one of my lines that had no contract or phone attached to it . So had I not paid attention I would have over paid 450.00 on this bill alone ! If you go to this store may sure you check your receipts .. make they do not bill to your account with out looking at everything while you are there ! Sprint is working on fixing it all but mean time to screw up my account THAT bad ? Almost wonder if it wasn't on purpose !! No one at store level would give me the general managers
