Unfortunately this review is not from our experience there as we never got to the studio but rather this is more customer service related. I had booked a birthday party for my son online and then quickly realized that I had picked the wrong date. I called the studio within minutes of my original booking asking for the date to be changed since the date I wanted was still available. I was told on the phone that this wouldn't be a problem and that my booking would be changed. The week of the party I get a voicemail asking me to confirm a booking for the original date I booked online. Again I quickly call the studio to let them know that I had changed the date and this was again confirmed. The next day I get an email from the studio stating that unfortunately the time I wanted was no longer available. I didn't understand since this had been confirmed with me on two occasions. I was offered later times at a different studio but there was no negotiating. Apparently even though I booked the time first (and it was their error that it wasn't entered into their system by the first girl I spoke to) I was the one getting my party cancelled.
The entire process of getting a refund and expressing my disappointment happened by email. Not very professional in my opinion. I was not offered any concession for the inconvenience for the situation this has put me in, having to cancel a birthday party and plan another one, not to mention the disappointment of a child who was looking forward to this experience.
Needless to say I, as well as the parents of the children who were to attend the party, are very disappointed and will not be recommending this studio to others. My best advice would be to get the names of people you speak to on the phone, something I wish I did in retrospect.
