  • This is the second time I've gone because they had a discount, and the second time I've left very unhappy. I asked for someone with a similar hair type as myself and she refused, saying they were all equally qualified to cut curly hair. I asked for several specific but simple changes from the woman I was assigned to, and the she tried to talk me out of it. I insisted that I always ask for this style and this is the only way I feel comfortable with my hair (as curly hair is hard to manage), and all she did was inform me how long she's been cutting hair and tell me how it's "common sense" that what I asked for wouldn't look good. I respect the experience, but when I get my hair cut I expect that my needs be respected as well, seeing as I know my hair very well after all these years. She would not proceed with my demands, so I eventually gave in and let her do whatever she wanted. Never coming back here again.
