  • The consensus here seems to be that Dr. Nakamura is a good doctor but his staff is worse than rude. I would like to verify that opinion. I called and asked for a simple copy of my son's one-page records and I have never talked to, in my 67 years in Las Vegas, to two more rude, officious, and unhelpful people. The office manager said she had to "reach out to her technical staff" to figure out how to make a copy of what's on the office computer. Condescending, impolite and unhelpful...as well as computer illiterate. Apparently, the inmates are running the asylum and, word to the wise Dr. Nakamura, not only does the fish stink from the head down, these people have to be costing you money and reputation.
