  • You will never get an appointment here. The bookings are opened up 1 month at a time, with 2 appointments per day, and they become fully booked within 1-3 minutes of opening up of the time slots on the website. Based on feedback from other would-be loyal customers like myself who have been trying to book using this ridiculous process for months and months, this business clearly places a higher value on being an "elite" service to access, rather than valuing customer loyalty. Any customer wanting to get in to see a tattoo artist, cosmetic or otherwise would be happy to book 6 or 8 months in advance, but Hoi does not give you the option. There is no wait list. Basically you need a letter from God and the blood of a virgin to get an appointment, and too bad if you don't, try again next month (but you won't then either). It's like Ticketmaster - for eyebrows. If you aren't lucky enough to refresh the page faster than the other guy then you miss out. Save your time and energy and book with Cinnamon Girl - quality of work is just as good or better and she actually wants you as a client.
