  • I bought my condo in 2010. Had issues with water being shut off without notice numerous times, 3 interior leaks in a year. The HOA replumbed my entire unit at no cost to me and even put me up in a hotel until completion. Only major drawbacks as of now, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY CRAP FOR INSULATION. I have ignorant neighbors who walk very loud. Drop stuff have no regard for how loud their tv or stereo is. And you can smell what is being cooked or smoked upstairs when my AC kicks on. That's what you get when you buy an apt. Style condo. Nice is it's secure and close to the strip.
