  • Robert was fantastic to deal with and such an asset to the company. The second time I visited, I spent over $700.00 on plants, including five San Pedro cacti I hand picked. I waited for a month for all plants to be delivered and planted only to find out the day before that another sales associate had removed the cacti I had already purchased from a hidden area of the store (they were all clearly marked with my name), and sold these to another customer. Robert made his manager aware, as he was very upset about this as well, and the manager was unwilling to track down in the system who had sold these cacti to another customer as it was "too big of a task to do." The manager also acknowledged that this is "all too common of an occurrence" at the West Charleston location with veteran sales associates trampling on other employees to make their sale. I returned my whole order and will no longer do business with this company. It's a very unethical practice, and I had these plants picked out especially for a memorial party in my backyard honoring my deceased partner. There were no other cacti remaining in good shape, and I was advised that the store may not receive another shipment until fall. I went to Star Nursery instead and saved a lot of money!
