  • LOVE THE NO HAGGLE, NO BARTER, NO "WHO CAN OUTLAST WHO" CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! Ok, now that my cheering is out of the way lets get to the nitty gritty of it. I am NOT a fan of having to outlast and out deal someone when buying a car. Not because I'm a girl (trust me I'm not nice and pull out all the stops when I feel it's warrented) but because I don't have that kind of time to sit around a dealership feeling as if I'm surrounded by vultures looking at their next meal. I want friendly, helpful, curtious assistance with my large and expensive purchase. I want someone who knows their stuff and is able to answer my quesitions and be professional when they cannot. I want a place where the numbers and payment options are transparent. I want a place where the pressure is off. I FOUND THAT PLACE!!!! (They are part of the Penske Pure Price Dealerships: no haggle, no barter, no presure way of buying a car.) If you want to haggle and barter, don't go to this place. They don't and can't and won't. It's part of the store and company policy. IF you're looking for a pissing contest, go somewhere else! If you're looking for friendly, reliable service without the BS, then Surprise Toyota is your place! Joseph (Joey), Patrick and Kirby were AWESOME! They were helpful and friendly and since they DO NOT work off of commission, they acted as a team and helped each other out. I was so pleased and surprised that I will DEFINITELY go back there when I am looking to purchase my next car.
