  • BEWHERE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! If you advertise to open at a certain time then do so!!!! This place was recommended right here on Yelp so I decided to go to this location. As advertised, they open at 7:00a. I woke up early so I could be one of the first ones to be in line. As it turned out, I was the ONLY one there... Bad sign. I got there at 7:02a. All the garage bay doors where closed. There was a man in a red shirt walking back and forth in front of the store talking on the phone. I had parked right up front. Where I notice a car and 2 motorcycles parked in front too, one of which a helmet was hanging on the handlebars. So I naturally assumed someone was at least inside the store. After a few minutes I walk up to the door where the guy in the red shirt says they aren't open yet. I said but it's 7:04a aren't you guys open?? He said there's a bit of a problem we won't be opening for another 20 minutes!!!?? No apology, no sorry for any in-convince... Nothing. Never introduced himself at all. I thought to myself if I had to go to work and drop off my car here there's no way I would have been able to. I should have left but since I was already there I waited like an idiot. Around 7:15a 2 employees finally decided to show up. After talking to the guy in the red shirt for a bit, 1 of the guys climbs up on a truck and jumps on to the roof of the building!!!! A few minutes later one of the bay doors finally open. They all go inside where no one says anything to me. I immediately notice there is equipment / tools on the floor. I took pics of these. The guy that jumped up on the roof pulls out a rack of tires. I go up to the front door of the store and to my shock it's still locked!!! It's now almost around 7:30a!! I asked the guy are you guys open??!!! He said yes but it's going to take another few minutes. I mentioned the front door is still locked. He told me to speak to his manager Ken and go around thru the side door leading from the work area. I walk into the front desk / customer waiting area and the guy in the red shirt looks up at me with a look like I just got there and says hi how can I help you and then he says it will be around a few more minutes for us to get going!!!! Again no I'm so sorry or anything like that at all!!!! I mentioned the front door is still locked for the public. He says I don't have the keys!!??? Are you kidding me???!! I said but your supposed to be open at 7a. He said we had problems. You saw what happened. And I said that's YOUR internal problem it has nothing to do with the public. Then I told him I'm in customer service and I work for a giant retail store and all of this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I can't believe what I witnessed. Then Ken says I already told you we're running late and I don't have the keys. Some manager!!! I said I'm leaving and asked him again his name. Then VERY sarcastically he says "have a nice day". I will NEVER have any of these people work on my car!!!! I went to Midas instead where they were VERY honest with me AND a great price. :)
