  • My girlfriend and I eat at Fuji almost every time we go to Mentor. The sushi is good, and the hibachi is good as well. The "yum yum" sauce is okay...nothing to write home about. My personal recommendation is to get the spicy tuna special roll. I also recommend that you steer clear of the main room for hibachi. It is nice on a quiet day...but then the birthday songs begin. The volume is quite loud, and it can be an interruption in any conversation that you are having.
