  • The customer service in this bank is amazing. I felt transported back in time when banks knew their clients and valued a face to face transaction. When I was a small child growing up in Idaho I would take my money and savings book down to Paul Bank and Trust. Lareece Buerkle would deposit my money and write my new total and any interest accrued in my book and give me a lollipop. I still remember the smell and excitement I felt watching my money grow. When I walked back to the merchant teller I felt like I was back at that bank that exists no longer. The Teller was so nice. It was my first time there but she treated me like and old friend. As she was quickly and efficiently taking care of business she engaged in conversation with me. She asked questions and was genuinely interested in me as a human. I feel terrible that I do not remember her name but her birthday is 2 days after mine. I am so grateful to come across my Pisces Sister in this Chase Bank. If you live in the area this is the place to bank. Thank you for restoring my faith in true customer connection.
