Worth the wait even late.
Oyster bar palace station has arguably one of the best.. well um, oyster bar in town.
You really do have to come later to enjoy this place though, the wait gets crazy. There's only a couple seats situated at the seemingly awkwardly placed bar in the casino but once they sit you down you're always immediately greeted with a consistently friendly host no matter how busy they are.
So far I've tried the bouillabaisse ($23) and the combination pan roast. Both were packed with flavor, the boulliabaisse with a more liquidy broth and the pan roast had a thicker sauce.
Personally I say get the combo pan roast, the bowl is pretty large enough to make 2 meals out of or you can share with a friend so it's worth its value. Pick your spiciness wisely too, for myself a 6/10 is both comfortable and tasteful enough that it doesn't ruin the flavor of your bowl (pan roast & toilet).
The oysters are also pretty decent. Although they aren't the most fresh ones I've ever had, they are passible if you're craving a good dozen. But really the pan roasts and bowls are where it's at.
Stop by around 3am when the lines start to die down and when you're done, make sure you pick yourself up a quick $2 dollar margarita on the way out of the casino to seal the deal!
