  • I'm giving this place a one star because you can't give any less than that. I went to this yoga studio because they have infrared sauna which my coach told me that I should look into to help with the release of toxins. I found Rebirth Yoga studio in Streetsville which was conveniently located close to my home. The first time I went there I had to wait 45 minutes for to pay because there was a yoga class going on and they don't have anyone a their front desk to assist other customers. Same thing happened the second time I went there...had to wait to pay and then the yoga instructor named Christine got angry when she found out that I still had to be cashed out. Her exact words "do you still have to pay?" When I said that I did, she said "Jesus Christ!" I informed the owner, Klema, who apologized sincerely and I decided to give them another try but send an etransfer to pay for several sessions so as to not interrupt the instructors. That worked for all of one time. I went this morning for my scheduled appointment and the front door was locked. I knocked on the front and back door. Finally was able to make eye contact with the male yoga instructor who was teaching a class. He actually made the cutting motion against his neck to tell me to get lost!!! I was furious. I sent the owner a request for my money to be transferred back to me ASAP. These people need to hire a front desk clerk and if that's too much to ask, they shouldn't be in business. There's far too much competition in the immediate area for a business to slip up that many times with one customer.
