  • They should allow us to give zero stars! Ken is such a rude person, he kept pulling my fingers and being rough. The worse part is he gave me a HORRIBLE gel manicure! He didn't even massage me!!!!! When I went to pay I told the cashier if the manicure comes with a massage and he said oh yes oh yes go sit with ken again, I told him NO I will not go back to that man. My thumb got messed up somehow and he blamed it on me for touching the table, and I didn't even say anything thinking he was going to fix it and he just put another coat thinking it'll get fixed! So disappointed I've been coming here for 4 years, I don't think I'll be back. The cashier gave me a 30$ gift certificate to come back. Thanks for being nice, but that ken guy needs to be talked too. I'll show you guys pictures.
