| - I will never have any of my cars serviced by this place again. My wife purchased a card w/ coupons and free services from a door to door salesman for tireworks, so I brought our SUV there for a simple oil change and fix a nail in the tire (which I had a coupon for free service). The man that took the work order said it would be a couple hrs and he'd call when it was done. After a couple hrs no phone call, so I called to see if it was done, the person on the phone asked what kind of car I had so I described and he replies, "the blue thing?". "Yeah it's done". I thought it was a weird way to describe a customer's vehicle, but no big deal. When we got to the shop our car was out front, and looked ready to go. I took a glance at the tire w/ the nail, and there was the nail plain as day. No repair was done. I asked the man at the desk what service was done, and he replied, "an oil change". Ok so what happened to the tire I requested fixed? He said "lemme chk w/ the tech that worked on the car. He comes back and says, "the tech found nothing wrong w/ the tire" Ok so why do I see a big nail in the same tire I asked to have fixed? "Duh idk" is his reply. Long story short, they say they'll fix it right away, but surprise surprise not only is there 1 nail but there's 2 nails and not repairable. Basically they were going to allow me to drive off w/ a tire w/ 2 nails (which I requested to have fixed). Tire inspection and tire rotation is included in an oil change isn't it? Name of the place is "TIREworks"? Beware when dealing w/ this place.
