  • If Studio B was an essay test and I'd have to grade it with 5 being the highest score, I'd give it a 3.75. On the grading system that is a C...meaning it passed, I gave you credit for it, but you can do better next time. We waited for about an hour and a half in line for dinner. Judging from the number of people who wanted to eat here and because I hear people hyping it up as the best in Vegas, my expectations were really high. Unfortunately, I paid the premium price of $40 and I was left a little disappointed. They have a pretty wide selection of food on the buffet but I only liked a few and there was really nothing that hit home. Out of all I tried, I liked their korean style short ribs, pork bbq, tempura shrimp, oxtail soup, and mashed potatoes. On the other hand, fried rice seemed like it's been out for a long time, panang curry tasted strong and just weird, sushi selections were limited, meats from the carving station were dry, and the crabs that were supposed to be warm were cold so I didn't get to enjoy that either. I went to the bar and the wines/beer selections are typical. I got the hard cider which is surprisingly good. There was really nothing that impressed me at their dessert station either (my favorite station in buffets), the highlight would already be the creme brulee. Service on the other hand was exceptional. I'd give it 5 stars. Our waiter was friendly, upbeat, funny and he would bring us our drinks even without any one of us asking. He also cleared our table so fast like Flash would. It's hella far from the strip, like a 20 minute drive. It's good that I got to try it but I will probably just stick with Bacchanal or Wicked Spoon next time for a few extra bucks.
