I live in the area, and I've been going to this dry cleaning place for 10+ years. The place is managed by a Korean couple that's pretty diligent and hard-working.
On busy days like Saturday when most people drop off clothes to them - they're closed Sunday - the two store owners appear a bit stressed. However, on normal weekdays, they seem a little bit more organized. For a tiny dry cleaning place, they're busier than most dry cleaners. I think this is because this is the closest dry cleaners in the area, so people just come here for the convenience.
I haven't given them overly complicated things to dry clean, so I can't judge on wedding dresses or evening gowns, but for coats and shirts, you can't go wrong. Their prices are very affordable.
