  • Just walked out because Erica the "receptionist" wasn't helpful or accomodating after we left our referral at home from the orthodonist. They simply said w/out the referral we can't help you. So we called the ortho ofc & got the referral faxed for my son to have 2 extractions, they faxed it & the young chicks at the front desk still seemed snotty so we told them we weren't interested in their services and walked out. We paid cash for braces & were going to do the same for the extractions, we'll go where they're about business!!!
