  • The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time. I had an appointment and still had to wait about 20 minutes or so. I didn't go for a colour or a cut but only a style/an updo. I have a pixie cut with an undercut so for someone that doesn't know what they're doing, it can be a bloody mess. When I first told them I wanted an updo, they were extremely confused and kept looking at my (lack of) hair but after I showed them a few of my pics with the style I wanted, they delivered. I cannot remember my stylist's name but she did a great job. I paid $35. I am planning on going back this Friday to get a style for Valentines Day. Juice box is a really sweet touch.
