  • If I could, I would give this place a zero. Horrible service. Food is overpriced for the quality. The silverware was filthy, napkins were unclean. Tomo is not upscale at all. If you go to the bar/club upstairs the crowd is very disrespectful, uncivilized & immature. Also, you will have to walk through an alley, by large trash bins, in the middle of the night to find your way back onto W. 9th. This is a very bad addition to the Warehouse District.
