  • Since my original review of NPS I've been contacted by the individual that they sent to my home to do the original install he is demanding money from me even though the contract was with NPS. The owner of NPS has refused to address the issues simply stating this individual no longer works for us. A background check of the individual who came to my house that was sent to me by NPS has revealed some rather disturbing facts. I would caution anybody doing business with this company to thoroughly investigate to make sure they have the proper licenses to do the work they're being contracted for. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that they did not have the proper license to do the work I contracted them to do
