  • This place was just awkward! We couldn't wait to leave! So we only sat down here because of the happy hour sign and we wanted some food. But guess what...happy hour does not apply to those of us who are seated at a table and will be eating. Huh? Say again? Yet you let us bring our 32 OZ yard cups full of booze from outside and we are sitting here drinking those...but I can't participate in YOUR happy hour? The waiter...Mr. Personality 2015! NOT. I could have had better service from a log. Quicker too. We ordered the big multi-appetizer thing. It had some fried raviolis, some muscles, some sausage, some gross cheese thing that was sweet. Not impressed. Especially for the price. Again back to the waiter. The guy was horrible. That on top of the happy hour ordeal and the food - Carmine's will only get the mandatory 1 star from me. I do not give out 1 stars lightly, this is maybe my 2nd or 3rd? That pretty much tells you our experience at this place. Wish we hadn't have wasted the time during our 4 day stay in Vegas. So many places where our time and money could have been better spent.
