My first visit was awesome. The girl Beth is a sweetheart. I had such a bad 2nd experience though. They treated me as liar and they tried to over charge me. They were asking for 3 hours to change a part when Lauzon was asking for 1. Plus, I brought my car in for a job and they broke 2 things. Filled in a complain; waiting to see what happens...
So it's July now and I'll let you know what happened: NOTHING!
The Service Director Jose Fernandes is the biggest AS*HOLE I've ever met providing it's Audi PRESTIGE on top of that. He started screaming at me saying I brought the car with problems (when I have just passed an inspection with them :)
What kind of a manager is treating his customers like that? I just gave them $2800 for a repair. Just ashamed a guy like that represents the company.
Do not go there to fix your car as you will be disappointed.
I heard good things about they sales department but everybody complaints about the service department. There are more reviews on Google maps if you think I am the only one complaining about the service department...
