If I could give no stars I would. We called in and were on hold for at least half an hour. As soon as we walked in, we could immediately tell that all of the employees were just talking to each other and not answering any phones. To make things worse, the cashier refused to price match to their own website and we had to pull out our phone and argue the price of our item. At one point he had to asked a fellow employee to complete a task with another customer for him since he was busy with us and she walked off with an attitude because she just wanted to talk with the other employees. When we finally finished with him, he told us the lost prevention man would want to check our receipt on the way out but he was too busy talking to another employee to even look at us ! We walked out, no greeting, no goodbye, worst customer service I've ever seen at a Best Buy. I guess a high school degree permits getting paid for talking instead of working. The only good review on here is from the manager that overrided our item! What a great way to spend buying yourself something for your birthday.
