  • Came in with a party of 6 before the dinner rush. We had to wait a few minutes for seating, which is more than fine since we had more people. Everything started off great, water was given and orders taken. I am looking around and people are getting their food and appetizers. We waited 35 mins before ANYTHING came out. When the food came out only 4 bowls came out in which 1 was incorrect- one was sent back and they still needed clarification on what we all ordered. Second round, they brought out 2 more bowls of the correct order. I waited an addition 5 mins for my food to come out... and they gave me a kid bowl at this point, I was so hungry I didn't care and I told them to give it to me. They only brought out 2 out of the 6 accoutrements (basil, sprouts, lime and jalapeño) until they were asked to bring out more. None of the pho bowls had cilantro or onion in it. Not the mention while our party waited... an employee was walking around collecting hoisin and sriracha bottles and squirting/consolidating them in the seat next to me. The same employee fussed at another employee in Vietnamese for wiping down the table too much. Service today was off... exceptionally off. Food was good, possibly because my stomach was eating itself.
