I called ahead and was encouraged to stop in anytime for a free brake inspection. I know they are due since we have 56k miles on the current set. Anyway, I stopped in and at the time all techs were sitting in the middle of the bays and the manager was on the phone. No one made an effort to greet us until I walked into their shop. End result was the manager dude went into the office rather than to greet a probable customer. So I went in the office, apparently was an inconvenience to him and was told I'd have to leave it overnight because they are too busy (doing what??) to look at it. They missed a brake job, transmission service, tire rotation, LOF, cabin and engine filters and a future customer. Guess the dealers level of service is worth the extra couple bucks!
