  • We saw this service at te Arizona Home show and was in the market for new floors. Needless to say, my wife's first encounter with them was the representative got lost and decided to just not show. My wife called the company irate and the owner and his wife came the next day. They were great....very nice and informative. We were highly considering them for an expensive job....but they never returned my wife's inquiries. Following this, she called and spoke to someone who was absolutely awful on the phone and rude. We sent the owner an e-mail to express our disapproval and there was no further response. We will be complaining to the BBB....but thought we should warn everyone out there...DO NOT USE OR CALL THEM.
