  • My appointment was at 9:30 AM I didn't get serviced until 10:40 AM my toes went in the water in the pedicure section and stood in the water for 25 minutes, then the woman that was there only cleaned my nails. She didn't paint them she only sanded and cleaned my nails I kept telling the woman that my feet are sensitive and every time she would start to stand my toes and my foot she would hurt me she kept saying that I was being a weenie and that I was a chicken. She used a tool that looked like a cheese grater and made me a little skeptical. She did not paint my toes I had to wait another hour for them to get painted. When my toes were done I went to the manicure section so I could get a full set I wanted a design on my blue coffin nail. I had told her I wanted them black.it was a simple design. But the woman said that she could not do it I told her I was very unhappy and I wasn't going to pay. She actually cut both my fingers and they actually started to bleed. I will never go back there again and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
